I work with adults and older teens experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic anger, and relationship issues. I also work with men navigating isolation, relationship breakdowns, fatherhood challenges, and the difficulty of building genuine connection.

*Please note that my office hours are typically every weekday from 8:30am to 3pm.* I work with individuals (17) who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and want to heal and grow. I am trained to offer EMDR therapy trauma.
